Instructions: Take the tip of your finger, scoop out a small amount (less than a dime) and gently rub on your lips in a circular motion. Apply a little extra pressure if you have a problem area. Wipe away. We recommend using this in the morning after brushing your teeth and before applying makeup or lip products.
